I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced artwork, meaning that I may post it anywhere I'd like to and use it for self promotion unless agreed otherwise

Please present adequate visual reference of the character you want drawn or a detailed description, plus any additional information you'd think would be good to know (such as design notes). A description of their personality or pose references and/or ideas are appreciated.

I may refuse your commission without explaining why

I will not give refunds once the commission is completed

I will not give full refunds after I've started the commission (refunds are up to my discretion, but may be negotiated); however, if I am for whatever reason incapable of finishing your commission, you will receive a full refund regardless of completion

You may gift my art, print it and claim rights to your character but not the drawing itself

You may request me to not post your commission

You may repost your commission as long as you give me proper credit

You may not omit my signature

You may not use my art commercially or profit from it in any way

You receive 2 free major edits during sketch/flat color phase (such as a pose, outfit change or background change). Any additional major edits will incur an additional fee.

I will not make any major edits to the piece once I have started rendering.

I will do no more than 5 major edits to your piece, including the initial free ones

In case I get anything wrong on your character's design, edits to correct said mistake will be free of charge. This does not apply if your character goes through a design change whilst the commission is still being completed.

I DO NOT take rush commissions

Payment must be upfront for smaller commissions (50 usd and under), for anything above that price, a 50/50 option is available ( half before initial sketch half before completion )

In case of 50/50 payment, all progress shots will be at lower resolution and watermarked

DO NOT send payment if I have not agreed to your commission or before I ask you to do so
